Officially released on January 20th 2007, after 10 months of recording and mixing, “Gentle Drive” conveys a musical message from musicians and arrangers – members of Gentle Fund Organization (GFO). The title was chosen after the name of the street on which we place our Headquarters, and at the same time, our studio. It also represents a musically peaceful journey towards hope and optimism.

The musical arrangements, as well as the CD cover design, production and distribution processes are wholly managed by our members. Especially, among the voices in the album were those of two children and two patients sponsored by GFO. All contributions resulted from the CD will be channeled to support Vietnamese unfortunate children and Vietnamese patients in Singapore.

We would like to thank all individuals, groups and organizations who have given us unparallel support in realizing this charity project. Special thanks go to the songwriters for granting us the permission to record their songs, Dac Nguyen Co., Ltd for covering the production costs, and studio associates Gerry Pucci, Hai Long and Anh Tuan.

In this musical journey, we deeply look forward to the company of listeners. Together, we build a better world for everyone.
